Grounded in Practice. Focused on People.

Ian Howard, LMFT, brings years of clinical leadership experience to his work in ketamine-assisted integration therapy. He has served as Clinical Director in intensive outpatient and inpatient treatment settings across Los Angeles and led mental health teams in nonprofit organizations, developing individualized treatment models that move beyond symptom management toward meaningful, sustainable change.

Today, that depth of experience informs his approach to ketamine-assisted therapy and integration, individual therapy and couples therapy — where the goal is not simply powerful moments, but grounded clarity that stabilizes into everyday resilience, insight, and forward movement.

What Is Insight-Led Integration Therapy?

Ketamine-assisted integration therapy is a form of psychotherapy that supports individuals before and after legally prescribed ketamine treatment. The focus is not the medication itself, but how insight gained during treatment becomes embodied in daily living.

Rooted in insight-based psychology, this approach recognizes that thought shapes emotional experience. When you understand how your experience is being created, agency increases — and change becomes sustainable.

The goal is not long-term dependency on therapy. The goal is independence through clarity.

How We Can Work Together

Whether you’re seeking direct guidance or structured self-reflection, the focus remains the same: translating insight into sustainable change.
